Does your partner come home, after a hard day’s work, exhausted and worn out from the hassles and struggles of earning a living each day? Well, nowadays you can help her or him to make a miraculous recovery just in time for dinner. Surprise them with a foot massage. They do not have to get undressed. They all need to do is sit in their most comfortable seat, or if they want, they could lie. Either way, you can provide them a stimulating and ultra-relaxing foot massage which will turn around their tiredness and rejuvenate them to your daily plans.
First, you must prepare yourself for this event by collecting the few simple things necessary. To start with, find a pan, rather plastic, which is large enough to place their feet. You will also need a towel to dry off their toes once you complete giving them a soak. Then get a cream or hand cream which you and your partner both like. I prefer using a hand lotion instead of oils because when the toes in question are soaked, their moisture will make it hard for the oil to soak in properly. That is it! Collect these things together in preparation for the big event.
Pick up either foot to start. I’ll assume that you’re right-handed, so all of my directions will probably be for right-handers. If otherwise, then inverse the order suit. For brevity, I’ll also assume that you’re using a hassock to hold up the toes, and your partner is laid back in the seat and somewhat relaxed after the foot soak. Now spend the foot with your left hand and point the knuckles of your right hand in the base of the foot. Begin massaging your knuckles briskly, in small circles, against the sole. Don’t skip any part of the sole in the feet to the heel. After several passes, put the foot on the hassock and catch the foot, putting your palms of both hands on top of the foot and with your thumbs, massage the soles of the foot with the company, circular pressure strokes. Once again, do the entire sole. After a moment or so, change your hand position to utilize your thumbs towards the top of the foot. Start at the feet and gently work your thumbs all of the ways to the back of the foot. Keep your fingers on the only with moderate pressure to prevent some tickling feeling. When you reach the ankle bone, then apply your palms to circle the bump of the bone many times. Rub both sides at the same time.
When you are ready to start, be sure the water is hot, but not too hot it is uncomfortable. Experiment with your own feet ahead of time to learn what fever is very good for you. That temperature is probably good for your partner, also. First, have them sit in a comfortable seat. Afterward, place their feet in the pan and let them soak for 3 to 5 minutes. If your spouse chooses to sit at a chair, then get a hassock or some item large enough to place his or her feet. If you will do this on the ground, then locate a place to lie down to your partner and let them put their feet on your lap. In any event, you’re all set to start.
If this is the first time for either or both of you, take the opportunity to talk reassuringly to your partner. Tell them ahead of time what you would like to do and ask them to relax and enjoy what is coming. Remember that the toes are one of the most important parts of the human body and have to be treated with respect. They’re loaded with nerve endings that influence the entire body. When you massage them you are, in effect, massaging the entire body in a microcosm. That being said, let’s proceed. For more details, read about chiropodist Mississauga and Bunions.
The next step is to select the foot, yet again, in your left hand. Utilize the first two knuckles of the right hand to rud the back of the heel area firmly, using small circular movements. Do it for about 30 seconds. Next, you may or may not need to transfer your position for the next procedure. On the cover of the foot, place your hand with the fingers in the ankle and slowly pull your hand toward the feet, following the tendons that visit the toes. Do them singly, one at a time, rubbing involving the joints. Once, ardently should be enough. Now it is time to gently pull every toe, starting with the big toe. Grab it firmly and pull you, twisting the toes carefully, one at a time. When that’s completed, once more, catch the foot with your left hand and place your palms on the Achilles tendon at the back of the foot. Tweak it softly, but firmly a couple of times. Now, for the last step. Put your left hand on the base of the foot together with the fingers at the heel. Place your right hand on top of the foot, fingers in the ankle bone. Pause for a moment to allow the warmth of your hands to sink in. Then slowly pull them, ending with your palms coming together across the feet. Do this at least three times.
